It depends on the stone. Quartz does not require sealing, but granite, marble, and quartzite typically do. Sealing helps protect against stains and etching and is easy to do—usually just once a year. We’ll let you know exactly what’s needed based on the stone you choose.

From the time you select your slabs and place a deposit, our process usually takes about 2–3 weeks. We handle measuring (templating), fabrication, and installation in-house to keep everything on schedule. The actual install itself usually takes just one day.

Almost! Your countertops will be installed and usable the same day. If a plumber needs to reconnect your sink or faucet, we can coordinate that for you so you’re not left waiting. We try to make the process as seamless as possible.

We stock a few practical, in-demand sinks (like stainless steel undermounts and standard vanity bowls). But many of our clients find a sink they love online and ship it directly to us. We’re happy either way—we just need to have it before fabrication so everything fits perfectly.

Yes. We can handle demo and removal of your existing countertops before installing your new ones. We’ll discuss this during the estimate so there are no surprises.

We’ll arrive with your pre-cut stone, ready to install. Our team protects your floors and cabinets, installs the countertops, checks all edges and seams, and cleans up before we leave. If we’re coordinating plumbing or electrical, we’ll make sure everyone is on the same schedule.

Costs vary depending on the stone, edge profiles, and the size of your project. We provide free estimates and walk you through options based on your budget. Keep in mind that you’re not just paying for stone—you’re investing in skilled fabrication and careful installation, too.

As a general guide though (we know that's what's most important in this answer), a typical kitchen for us will start at approximately $3,500 and increase in price from there depending on your choices (e.g., stone, thickness, finish, cut-outs for sink, faucets etc). Most kitchen countertop projects range between $5,000-$6,000. That's not to say that some can be less and some will be more.
